Goldmeyer Hot Springs
This hot spring is burried in the Pacific Northwest. Getting there can be as much an experience as soaking in the beautifully constructed naturally looking pools. They limit these pools to twenty people a day, so you need to book far in advance. You can also camp at the beautiful campsites nearby the springs.
The forest road to get to the trailhead is rough. High clearance vehicles are higly recommended. While I have seen some low clearance vehicles make it, I have also had a friend crack their oil pan getting there in a ford escape. Special caution should be taken in the offseasons when there will be snow on the road there.

Doe Bay Resort
While Doe Bay is not really a natural hot spring, it gets an honorable mention. There are three soaking pools and a sauna overlooking a small inlet in the san juans. The camping nearby has even better views! The cafe at Doe Bay resort, while a little pricy, is great and easily worth it.
